Zach's

I just finished this. Zach Putnam is a good friend and band mate. He built this guitar in high school shop class. Zach did a really good job, but he felt like it needed a little sprucing up.

I kind of cleaned up the body lines, then refinished it in brown tinted lacquer with a slight sunburst.


I rewired it adding p-rail pickups. I reworked the electronics cavity and built a new cover.

I fixed some headstock problems adding a black overlay. I inlayed Zach's initials in white mother of pearl with two small gold mother of pearl diamonds.


Zach wanted a pickguard, so I came up with this. Hope he likes it.
